This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all bookings made with Juniper Outdoor (“Juniper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for tours, treks, and travel arrangements. By confirming a booking, you agree to the charges set out below. All cancellations must be received by us in writing at support@juniperopc.com, and take effect only from the date we acknowledge receipt. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment within 14 working days of confirmation, net of any bank or gateway charges.

3 · Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
If a trip must be changed or cancelled due to events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, adverse weather, epidemics, political unrest, strikes, road or border closures, or acts of government — no refunds will be possible. Wherever feasible, we will explore alternative arrangements or offer future travel credits of equivalent value. Costs already committed to third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, permit authorities, transport operators) are non-recoverable in such situations and remain payable by the traveller.
